Miscellaneous Sundo Retreat Details

ABOUT MEALS: All meals are prepared by the Glen Ivy Community and are primarily vegetarian as well as deliciously fresh & organic. The retreat includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners.

ABOUT ROOMS: All bedding & towels are provided. Rooms are double occupancy unless requested otherwise (addl fee for single rooms). Contact us for more info

ABOUT FREE TIME: The Community grounds and gardens as well as trails leading to a natural stream and local foothills are all available for quiet walks or exploring. Passes to the adjacent Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa are available at a 50% discounted rate.

ABOUT SATURDAY HALF-DAY SCHEDULE: All Saturday Half-Day participants must arrive for check-in by 8:30 a.m.. Half-Day schedule includes the mid-morning (9 am) Sun Do workshop followed by a guided practice, followed by lunch.
